Description

Implement basic Ignite 3.0 .NET thin client: get table by name, upsert, get.

• Set up project structure
• Establish code style and enable code analysis from the beginning
• Consider DotNetty for network IO https://github.com/Azure/DotNetty
• Target .NET 5 initially so we can use all the latest perf-oriented APIs. When Ignite 3.0 is about to be released, we can decide on the list of supported frameworks based on active .NET LTS
