      Description

      At the moment, if we add a new index and in the middle of its construction we fall / deactivate a node, then it will be inconsistent and may create errors.

      Need to either add a new index to DurableBackgroundTask, or add / modify a separate mechanism that allows to resume the creation of a new index.
