[IGNITE-14195] SQL Calcite: ease of use of new Calcite engine

Description

As of now, we don't have an easy way to use the Calcite engine. The proposal is following, add some 'hint' or preffix for SQL query which will force to use the new engine independent of using API (Java, JDBC, ....).
For example: /*+ CALCITE_ENGINE */ SELECT * FROM table;
