Description

32-bit test config files are not needed anymore, as we do not run them anyway. Remove them.
Configs can be found at:

• $IGNITE_HOME/modules/platforms/cpp/core-test/config/*-32.xml
• $IGNITE_HOME/modules/platforms/cpp/odbc-test/config/*-32.xml
• $IGNITE_HOME/modules/platforms/cpp/thin-client-test/config/*-32.xml

After all *-32.xml configs are removed, 64 and *-default.xml configs should be united and code for 32-bit platfroms should be removed from tests (search IGNITE_TESTS_32 macro)
