[IGNITE-13707] cpp examples fails to run in win32, working in X64

Description

When trying to build and run the pre-install cpp examples with IGNITE C++,
The win32 fails to run.

All done in release configuration under Windows 7 Pro X64  with visual studio 2017

All the examples works correctly when building in X64 (I didn't try ODBC and thin client)

All the examples does not run in win32 beside "compute-example"

I have read the devnotes and changing the environment variables accordingly. 

 

version 2.9.0

 

I didn't change the configuration.

 

I've attached relevant logs and configuration.
