Description

The first step of the IGNITE-13545: adds TableSpool.

We have to add new trait: CorretlationTrait to check stream correlation.
Without check this trait Filter with correlated variables may be places under Exchange.
So, IgniteCorrelatedNestedLoopJoin requires correlated stream from the right input and Exchange may produce only uncorrelated stream.
