Description

The following page incorrectly mentions that failover is not supported in .NET Thin Client
https://ignite.apache.org/docs/latest/thin-clients/getting-started-with-thin-clients

• Fix this and review the feature table - transactions are also not specified correctly
• Make sure to update 2.9-docs branch
