Description

In order to notify external tools we need events EVT_BASELINE_CHANGED, EVT_BASELINE_AUTO_ADJUST_ENABLED_CHANGED and EVT_BASELINE_AUTO_ADJUST_AWAITING_TIME_CHANGED to correctly update baseline info on UI.
