Description

CommandList.CACHE, CommandList.WAL, CommandList.SET_STATE, CommandList.ENCRYPTION commands have their own specific arguments. They are skipped in tests:

• testParseAndValidateSSLArguments
• testParseAndValidateUserAndPassword
• testConnectionSettings

Need to refactor tests and avoid skips:

     continue;
