Description

Following properties were discovered as obsolete (no usages in codebase):

• TransactionConfiguration.PessimisticTxLogSize
• TransactionConfiguration.PessimisticTxLogLinger
• CacheConfiguration.DefaultLockTimeout

Let's deprecate them.

Note that we are not going to remove them at this stage to avoid possible compatibility issues.
