Description

Right now Thin Client is shipped as part of the same NuGet package as full Ignite.NET.
This package includes jar files, which take a lot of disk space and are not required for Thin Client at all.

We should extract common functionality into a separate assembly, and ship thin client in a separate, lighter package.
