Description

PersistenceTest.TestBaselineTopology sets IGNITE_BASELINE_AUTO_ADJUST_ENABLED env var, there are two issues:

• If the test fails, the variable is not reset

• If the test succeeds, the variable is cleared instead of being reset to previous value (whatever it might be)
