Critical Description
ConnectionManager#detachedConns leaks on mvcc transnational SELECT.
Reproduce:
1. CREATE TABLE with enabled MVCC
2. Do SELECTs.
3. Each query is executed at the new JDBC thin connection. A connection is closed after query.
