Description

What happens:
In master, cluster configuration (2.8) / events / local events listeners individual event listnered item sub form controls don't fit well when viewport width is under 1420px:

Expected behavior:
Form controls should be laid out such they look don't overflow/wrap.

As a solution, I propose to put each control into separate row.
