Description

We need to fix compatibility issue in compute task of jdbc v2 driver and add support of this flag.

Currently jdbc thick driver doen't ask cluster nodes for theirs versions.
Guess we have node with only JdbcQueryTaskV2 and v3 is missing in that version of the node. If we use new feature, introduced in v3, driver performs v3 with no regards what versions is supported on the node.
