[IGNITE-10577] ignite-kubernetes is missing jackson-annotations dependency

Description

When starting 2.7 with the ignite-kubernetes option I get the following exception on startup:

java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/fasterxml/jackson/annotation/JsonView

It's clearly missing a dependency.
