Description

Noticed the next behaviour:

1. Open configuration page or cluster edit page.
2. Click import when agent is not run.
3. Click Back button to close Connection to Ignite Web Agent is not established dialog.
4. Start and stop web-agent.
   Connection to Ignite Web Agent is not established dialog is shown.
