Description

Currently, FailureHandlerTest uses a broken CacheStoreFactory in order to trigger the execution of FailureHandler when a cache with the given factory is created. https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/IGNITE-8640 provides a fix that initiates rollback procedure in that case and so, does not trigger FailureHandler

So, the test should use another approach to test FailureHandler. It seems IoomFailureHandlerTest can be used as a starting point.
