Description

The following write configs are not associated with the correct since version (ConfigProperty#sinceVersion), which should be fixed.  Correct version is listed below:

hoodie.metadata.log.compaction.enable -> 0.14.0
hoodie.log.compaction.enable -> 0.14.0
hoodie.datasource.write.keygenerator.consistent.logical.timestamp.enabled -> 0.10.1
hoodie.datasource.write.payload.type -> 1.0.0
