[HUDI-5061] bulk insert operation don't throw other exception except IOE Exception

Description

See the write function in the org.apache.hudi.sink.bulk.BulkInsertWriterHelper.

The write function don't throw other exception except IOE Exception.

In our production env, there are huge RuntimeException catched but only log.

I think it's a better idea to cause a exit in a flink job.
