[HUDI-322] DeltaSteamer should pick checkpoints off only deltacommits for MOR tables

Description

When using DeltaStreamer with MOR, the checkpoints would be written out to .deltacommit files (and not .commit files). We need to confirm the behavior and change code such that it reads from the correct metadata file..
