Description

After revision 1675352 "HTTPCORE-399: DefaultNHttpClientConnection incorrectly suspends output" DefaultNHttpClientConnection no longer respects socket timeout.
I.e. if server accepts connection but doesn't reply, request will last forever and no SocketTimeoutException will be reported to callback
