Description

htraced: fix some metrics issues.

• Add IngestedSpans metric to keep track of how many spans in total have been ingested from all remote addresses.
• Track remotes by address rather than by address:port. Ephemeral ports make the latter impractical.
• Fix a bug where the HRPC endpoint was not passing through some client stats
