Description

We need to clarify the limitations and strengths of the "CSV File Input" transform:

• Performance advantages
• Limitations of only being capable of reading local files

We suggest to rename the transform to "Local CSV File Input" and to present the user a dialog with more details and a "Don't remind me anymore" option.
