    Description

In Hop-GUI if you click "NEW" to create a new environment it will append "environmentname-config.json" to the path, and allow you to create the file, and add it to the list.

However, if you navigate away from the default selected folder (like I want to put my environments into their OWN folder outside the project).
It drops the filename, and you have to "know" that you need to append the whatever-config.json into the "new file" dialog box, otherwise it never accepts you clicking the "open" button.

It would feel more natural if the filename remains unless you explicitly CHANGED the filename, but simply navigating shouldn't remove the filename UI.
