Description

On running a pipeline I sometimes have an exception.  I try to fix this and run again.  But after some time working in the GUI with succeses and failures it suddenly just hangs.  The log shows that there was an exception in the pipeline execution and that the pipeline finished.  But the GUI hangs and needs to be killed and restarted.

The same seems to happen if a Java transformation has a NullPointerException.
