[HOP-3791] Workflow and Pipeline Logging schemas have incorrect string output lengths

Description

The standard output schema from the Workflow Logging and Pipeline Logging transforms list the workflow channel id (all of the internal hash ids) with a length of 32. There are hyphens in the hash however that extend this to 36 chars. May want to check out the length of the workflowStatusDescription field also, 32 seems small.

That being said, the data IS being outputted correctly.
