[HOP-3507] Font size of workspace and notes are not adjustable

Description

I tested this on Windows where I had a font size of 9 for both the nodes and the workspace.  You can change these settings and in fact the changes are put into hop-config.json.
No change is seen on the workspace though and if you restart the Hop GUI the old settings are back (sizes 9).
