Pipelines never see stopped state of parents

    Description

      If in a pipeline we have a kafka consumer transform and the pipeline that contains it is started from within a workflow, when stopping the parent worflow the pipeline that contains the kafka consumer never stop because the kafka consumer itself never stops.
