[HOP-2421] "Open file" dialog does not show expected files

Description

The file dialog that is linked to the "Project Lifecycle Environment dialog" does not show all files in a folder when the option "All files" has been checked.

Files without a dot in there names are not shown. See screenshot, existing file "hahaha-json" does not appear in dialog.

Tested on Windows 10 with 0.60 as of 2021/01/14
