[HOP-2417] Dialog does not open as expected

Description

After opening an existing workflow or pipeline the dialog that should appear after tapping on the canvas does not always show up as expected :

When one action/transform has been moved on the canvas "tapping" leads to a message "Selection cleared" and the dialog does not open. A second tap than opens up the dialog.

The same happens within the current hop-gui ( 0.60 as of 2021/01/12 )

Environment :

• WebHop in docker on Ubuntu
• Client is Firefox 84 on Windows 10
