Description

Once we have hop-ui-rcp and hop-ui-rap, it'd be better to rename hop-ui-swt to hop-ui to avoid a confusion.

hop-ui-swt was formerly known as kettle-ui-swt. The postfix (-swt) was added to differentiate from kettle-ui-swing and kettle-ui-gwt.

Since Hop only support SWT, we can safely rename hop-ui-swt to hop-ui.
