Action selection dialog not properly positioned on screen

    Description

      While designing a Pipeline in Hop GUI, when a Transform is near to the border of the design canvas, the Action Selection dialog box appears almost all outside the canvas area making difficult for the user to select the action needed. Would be nice if the dialog appears centered on screen (always may be?). Se the picture attached for details.
