[HOP-2246] The HopGui metadata mangers are not refreshed

Description

There are 3 in the Hop GUI code:

database, hop server and partitions.

I caught the issue when trying to apply partitioning to a transform.

So whenever HopGui.setMetadataProvider() is called these 3 metadata managers need to be recreated otherwise project switches are not taken into account.
