[HOP-1971] Add filetype "All Files" for file dialog

Description

When I save a file in the Hop gui without an extension, I can not open it later because the file dialog is expecting either a pipeline, workflow or "All Hop file types", respectively the related extensions.

Add an option in the dropdown for "All file types" and then if the user opens a file that is not a Hop file type, display an error to the user.
