[HOP-1666] Order of input fields in database connection dialog

Description

In the Database Connection Dialog, pressing the Tab key does not jump to the next input field below. Instead, the focus is on other fields in the dialog:

Example PostgreSql database type :
1) Connection name
2) Connection type
3) ODBC
4) Manual connection URL ( the lowest )
5) Password ( one higher )
6) Username ( one higher )

The focus should be changed from top to bottom
