TestCliDriver acid tests with decimal needs benchmark to be updated

    Description

      testCliDriver_insert_nonacid_from_acid, testCliDriver_acid_join are failing. They were committed around same time HIVE-8745 changes to decimal went it, didn't have the required updates to decimal output.
