Runtime errors in vectorized execution.

    Description

      There are a few runtime errors observed in some of the tpcds queries for following reasons:
      1) VectorFileSinkOperator fails with LazyBinarySerde.
      2) Decimal128 and Unsigned128 don't serialize correctly.
