    Description

      Add more unit tests for high-precision Decimal128 arithmetic, with arguments close to or at 38 digit limit. Consider some random stress tests for broader coverage. Coverage is pretty good now (after HIVE-6243) for precision up to about 18. This is to go beyond that.
