Description

Add Lefty Leverenz to the PMC list on the credits page.

Also remove navis from the committers list, because he's on the PMC list. Add this comment after the committers list: "PMC members are also Hive committers."

Bonus fix: change the copyright date from 2013 to 2014 in author/src/documentation/skinconf.xml.
