[HIVE-5511] percentComplete returned by job status from WebHCat is null

Description

In hadoop1 the logging from MR is sent to stderr. In H2, by default, to syslog. templeton.tool.LaunchMapper expects to see the output on stderr to produce 'percentComplete' in job status.
