[HIVE-4621] "describe formatted" for table shows incorrect numRows data

Description

Created table (tab delimited), used "load data local" to get data into the table.
After creating the table, "describe formatted" showed numRow as 0.

select count from... showed 43205 rows.

Running "describe formatted" after "select count" still shows numRows as 0.
