Description

Looks like WebHCat configuration is read as follows:

Configuration: core-default.xml, core-site.xml, mapred-default.xml, mapred-site.xml, jar:file:/Users/ekoifman/dev/hive/build/dist/hcatalog/share/webhcat/svr/webhcat-0.12.0-SNAPSHOT.jar!/webhcat-default.xml

creating /Users/ekoifman/dev/hive/build/dist/hcatalog/etc/webhcat/webhcat-site.xml and setting templeton.exec.timeout has no effect as can be seen in ExecServiceImpl

Probably the webhcat_server.sh script is missing something
