[HIVE-4546] Hive CLI leaves behind the per session resource directory on non-interactive invocation

Description

As part of HIVE-4505, the resource directory is set to /tmp/${hive.session.id}_resources and suppose to be removed at the end. The CLI fails to remove it when invoked using -f or -e (non-interactive mode)
