Bulk retrieval API for column stats

    Description

      Provide APIs to bulk fetch column stats i.e., stats for all columns in a table and stats for all columns in all partitions in a table. This is necessary when fetching per partition column stats to avoid un necessary network round trips. This is particularly relevant when running a remote metastore service.
