Description

I've noticed that PostgreSQL upgrade scripts are creating table PART_COL_STATS and TAB_COL_STATS with column DOUBLE_HIGH_VALUES, however hive (and all other scripts) are expecting column name DOUBLE_HIGH_VALUE (without the "S" at the end).
