Description

Currently, RecordReader.getPos() for hbase handler returns always zero and it's not wrong in the sense that it's not clear how to calculate it(as specified in hbase javadoc).

But if getPos() returns some meaningful value, it can make percent table sampling in HIVE-2925 possible to be used, which seemed very useful.
