Description

An error occurs when I use the ALTER_partition API of Hive2.1.1 to operate hive1.1.0 partition,Through debug, we found that the underlying hive2.1.1 alter_partion exists to operate hive1.1 partition method, but it is not exposed to Hive2.1.1
