    Description

      Create a new service in HMS, that will collect and publish JMX metrics about ACID related processes and metadata.

      • There should be a subconfig other than METRICS_ENABLED for acid metrics
      • The collection frequency should be configurable
      • The existing oldest initiated compaction and the number of compactions in different statuses metrics collection should be moved here from Initiator
