Re-examine TestWarehouseExternalDir to see if it uses HMS translation.

    Description

      TestWarehouseExternalDir currently passes with just one change related to HIVE-22995. But that change was assuming it was using HMS Translation to convert non-acid managed table to external.
      Ensure that it still does.
